Cancellation before Dispatch

You will be eligible for 100% Refund in any of the following reasons:

  • The item is unavailable.
  • The delivery address is not serviceable.
  • Unable to contact you.
  • If the order is not dispatched within 2 hours irrespective who initiates the cancellation (Seller or Buyer).
  • Any other reason beyond our control.
Cancellation after Dispatch

100% Refund is eligible incase of following reasons.

  • Established defect in the item.
  • Correct item could not be delivered.
  • Item damaged/Non consumable mode during the transit and delivery not accepted by establishing the fact.
Conditions

  • Cancellation should be initiated before dispatch or immediately after receiving it.
  • Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
  • If the customer abuses our refund policy or habitual returner, we may terminate their account and further blocked to do any transaction on our site.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the cancellation request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
